Reports – to head of Tech:
- Social media
Ecclesiastes 4:9-12 NLT Two people are better off than one, for they can help each other succeed. If one person falls, the other can reach out and help.
The Technical department is at the heart of the church, using technology to lead the church into the future! The technical ministry helps the Pastor, music ministry and the congregation have a smoother experience through sound systems, projection screens, advertisement and more.
This department is very challenging and takes dedication, concentration, communication and teamwork!
Knowledge and potential previous skills in media, IT etc. is not necessarily essential but is a bonus. You must be able to think outside of the box, fill in where needed and work to tight deadlines.
You must be able to take instructions clearly and precisely, your ministry lead is (Ronald Boadi), ideas can always be shared but shouldn’t be expected to be implemented.
“No role is too small”, it’s not about the quantity but the quality! Be open to move around the department and help where needed rather than where your favourite role is. The technical department should care for one another, and work together to present your church to the best of your collective ability!
*All roles at LICF run on a probationary basis, this means you will serve in this capacity for a minimum of 3 months and a maximum of 6 months. After which you will be reviewed, depending on your performance and match to the ministry role you may be asked to serve on a full-time basis, or you may be reallocated.
