Community

At LICF we’ve always desired to be the change we want to see, with the Covid 19 pandemic, we realised more now then ever the need in our city. With doors closing everywhere an ever growing need to serve arose and with the help of The National Lottery, community fund and Samaritans Purse we have been able to pack food and personal hygiene products for families and individuals all over the city. With no questions asked we offer this service to anyone in need. Our desire is to continue to do this. If you’d like to help keep this service going please do donate.

Our young adults ministry are an amazing group of young men and woman who have a desire to help others. They do this by visiting our local young offenders unit and being a listening ear to young men serving time did crimes committed. They also share the gospel through song, dance and sharing a Bible story. These young people thrive in serving hot meals in our city centre on evenings and giving out warm clothing, hygiene products and bedding. Help us keep up this great work by supporting with a one of gift.

Community clean up

Our church is currently located in a local shopping area, this means we have much rubbish build up. As a church we go out into the Streets and gave fun together cutting back hedges, clearing out gutters and picking up litter and taking larger items to the skip. We believe in giving back to our local community beyond the church walls.
