Our Vision
Our vision is to be a relevant and dynamic church impacting our community, nation and the world with the life changing gospel of Jesus Christ.
Our Mission
To be an oasis of love, where people are loved, valued, celebrated, and appreciated.
Background
Life International Christian Fellowship (LICF) was founded by Bishop Leroy A. Maddix in 1995 with six members.
Before the conception of the church, Bishop Maddix served for twenty years as a faithful member and worker in the Church of God of Prophecy in London, serving under four Pastors and holding a number of different positions.
It was in this organisation that he received Jesus Christ into his life. In March 1996 he was ordained by Pastor Matthew Ashimolowo, Senior Pastor of Kingsway International Christian Centre (KICC).
Bishop Leroy is a visionary, a man who dreams big for the Kingdom.
Ethos
Life International Christian Fellowship works hard to reflect a multi-cultural church, where people from all walks of life can come together in mutual love, respect and appreciation of one another to worship God, and in building strong, meaningful and lasting relationships with each other.
Location
LICF is based in Milton Keynes, a beautiful place and one of the fastest growing cities in Britain. Bishop Maddix often stresses the importance of the church reflecting its community.
Focus
At LICF our focus is on reaching out to the people of the city with the good news of the Gospel of Jesus; building families, marriages and restoring relationships. Bishop Maddix believes that no matter how hard we try to avoid it, sometimes we’re going to be faced with a difficult situation. It can be a death in the family, a financial crisis, a troubled child or a spouse who wants out. These and other life pressures are addressed through a variety of ways at LICF. The Ministry is committed to building people of purpose and passion, maximising their potential to become “Winners in Life” by the grace of our God.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
